As many of us were starting our work day on Tuesday, January 5, the first baby of 2016 arrived at Upland Hills Health! A baby girl, CeCelia Angel Bailey-Rutherford, weighing 6 lb. and 15 oz. was born to Atoshia Bailey-Rutherford and Jeremy Rutherford of Benton, WI.
CeCelia will join six siblings; Jonathon, Jacob, Jeremiah, Aleathea, NovaLee and Xavier. Grandparents include Jeff and Wendy Bennett, Mineral Point, WI; Pam and Randy Zimmerman, Cornith, KY; Steve Bailey, Dubuque, IA; Peggy Rutherford, Cuba City, WI and Great Grandmothers; Rosemary Shoop, Bellview, IA and Helan Maas-Bailey, Dubuque, IA.
Atoshia is a stay at home mom and Jeremy is employed in production at Lactalis USA, Inc. Congratulations Atoshia, Jeremy and family!
